Newtown Forest Associations Board of Directors held its second half-day retreat/workshops  with John Monroe of the
National Park Service Department of Rivers, Trails & Conservation Assistance Program.  This workshop is part of the
year long technical assistance program that the NFA was selected for under this highly selective Rivers & Trails
program.  At these workshops the Board is reviewing its current policies and practices and evaluating changes that will
dictate the operations of the NFA for the next 75 years.
