| The NFA is funded primarily by generous donors like yourself. We are completely independent of Town government and entirely dependent upon gifts from caring donors. Make a donation now or become a member and help the Newtown Forest Association (a public charity under IRS regulations 501c(3) as we approach our 90th year of heritage accumulating and preserving open space for future generations. All membership gifts are tax-deductible and help the NFA with the expenses involved in acquiring, maintaining, and managing our properties. Annual Memberships start at $15 with a term which coincides with the calender year. Contributions in excess of the basic Individual and Family membership amounts are deemed unrestricted contribution unless otherwise specified. We also accept gifts of investment securities.
